By enrolling in courses at Speakora Excellence Academy, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your access to our live classes, digital workbooks, and online student portals.
All classes are delivered online via secure video conferencing. Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions punctually. If a student misses a session, access to the class recording will be provided, but live make-up sessions are subject to instructor availability.
Tuition fees are billed monthly or per-course. All payments must be completed prior to the commencement of the course week. Speakora Excellence Academy offers a 7-day refund window for new enrolments, minus any processing fees. After 7 days, fees are strictly non-refundable.
All digital workbooks, flashcards, video recordings, and teaching materials provided to you are the exclusive intellectual property of Speakora Excellence Academy. They are for your personal educational use only and may not be distributed or resold.
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior during live classes. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the enrolment of any student violating this code of conduct without a refund.
